1. Service Description

DrewIs.org is an authority platform that enables companies and individuals to establish their presence in the knowledge graph through structured, machine-readable entity pages. The platform is designed to maximize discoverability by AI models and search engines.

1.1 Core Services

• Knowledge Base: Access to AEO/GEO/Zero-Click concepts and terminology
• Entity Creation: Ability to create company and publication entities
• Public API: Frictionless access to structured data for AI models
• Verification: Business credential verification and authority badges

1.2 Service Tiers

• Free Tier: Basic entity page with limited features
• Premium Tier: Enhanced entity with rich schema markup ($99-199/month)
• Enterprise Tier: Unlimited entities and priority support ($499-999/month)

2. Account Registration and Security

2.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of DrewIs.org, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

2.2 Account Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old
• You must represent a legitimate business or be an individual professional
• You must not be prohibited from using the service under applicable laws

3. Entity Submissions and Content

3.1 Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you submit to DrewIs.org. However, by submitting content, you grant us:

• A worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display your content
• Permission to make your content available through our public API
• Rights to include your content in AI model training datasets
• Ability to create derivative works for platform optimization

3.2 Content Standards

You agree that all content you submit will:

• Be accurate and truthful
• Not infringe on intellectual property rights
• Not contain malicious code or links
• Not violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Not contain offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate material

3.3 Verification Requirements

For company entities, you must provide:

• Proof of business registration or incorporation
• Domain ownership verification
• Authorized representative confirmation
• Valid contact information

3.4 Admin Approval

All entity submissions are subject to admin review and approval. We reserve the right to:

• Reject submissions that don't meet our standards
• Request additional verification or information
• Modify or remove content that violates these terms
• Suspend or terminate accounts for repeated violations

4. Payment and Billing

4.1 Subscription Fees

• Premium and Enterprise tiers require paid subscriptions
• Fees are billed monthly or annually as selected
• All fees are in USD unless otherwise stated
• Fees are non-refundable except as required by law

4.2 Payment Processing

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• You authorize us to charge your payment method
• You're responsible for all applicable taxes
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

4.3 Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for partial months or unused time
• Your entity will be downgraded to Free tier upon cancellation

4.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription prices with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be grandfathered at their current rate for 12 months.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Platform Ownership

DrewIs.org, including all software, design, text, graphics, and other content (excluding user submissions), is owned by DrewIs Intelligence LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 Trademarks

• "DrewIs.org" and "AI Visibility Insurance" are trademarks of DrewIs Intelligence LLC
• You may not use our trademarks without written permission
• Entity pages may display your trademarks with proper attribution

5.3 License to Use Platform

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use DrewIs.org for its intended purpose. This license does not include:

• Modifying or copying platform materials
• Using platform materials for commercial purposes (except your own entity)
• Removing copyright or proprietary notices
• Transferring materials to another person

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Use automated tools to scrape or harvest data (use our API instead)
• Transmit viruses, malware, or malicious code
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
• Resell or redistribute our services without permission

7. API Usage

7.1 Public API Access

• Our public API is free to use for legitimate purposes
• No authentication required for public endpoints
• Reasonable rate limits may apply to prevent abuse
• We reserve the right to block abusive API usage

7.2 API Terms

• You may use API data for AI model training
• You must attribute DrewIs.org as the source
• You may not misrepresent the source of the data
• Commercial use of API data is permitted with attribution

8. Disclaimers and Limitations

8.1 Service "As Is"

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8.2 No Guarantee of Results

While we optimize for AI discoverability, we do not guarantee:

• That AI models will cite your entity
• Specific search engine rankings
• Increased traffic or business results
• Uninterrupted or error-free service

8.3 Third-Party Content

We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of content submitted by users. Each entity is responsible for their own content.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DrewIs Intelligence LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DrewIs Intelligence LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the service
• Your violation of these terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Content you submit to the platform

11. Termination

11.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by:

• Canceling your subscription
• Requesting account deletion through your dashboard

11.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if:

• You violate these terms
• You submit fraudulent or misleading information
• Your payment fails repeatedly
• We're required to do so by law
• We discontinue the service

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your access to the service will cease immediately
• Your entity will be removed from public display
• Your data will be deleted per our retention policy
• No refunds will be provided for unused subscription time

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12.2 Arbitration

Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if your claims qualify.

12.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes with us on an individual basis and waive your right to participate in class actions, class arbitrations, or representative actions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. When we do:

• We'll notify you via email for material changes
• Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of new terms
• If you disagree with changes, you may terminate your account

14. General Provisions

14.1 Entire Agreement

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and DrewIs Intelligence LLC regarding the service.

14.2 Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

14.3 Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

14.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these terms or your account without our written consent. We may assign these terms without restriction.
